why team alchemy?
I’m passionate about an intergrative apporach to leadership, collaboration and systems. I like using an approach that focuses on the human being and the organization as a complex living organism with different values, beliefs, principles and qualities. There’s a lot of research out there that points to high performing self directed teams as being the building blocks of organizations and societies of the 21st century. So when I was introduced to the Team Alchemy concept in 2012 there was this “click”, everything about it just felt right. The life cycle in particular is such a great way to show how teams are realising their potential.
