Bruce is the Principal and managing Director of Team Alchemy.  He holds ICF and EMCC Global Team Coach Individual Accreditation (ITCA). Since the early days of ETC (now Team Alchemy) he worked as a senior consultant, team coach and facilitator.

Bruce has helped clients from a wide variety of industries, including banking, food processing, manufacturing, construction and engineering, government, professional firms, health, IT and communications. Bruce is an experienced OD Professional having  conducted organisational needs analysis, training design and delivery of programmes in Leadership, Teams and Business Excellence (Baldrige). He facilitates strategic and business planning and develops customised performance management tools.

Bruce currently works with clients from across the Globe and supports our global Team Alchemy Facilitator-Coach network.
